ELIM’s two Full Care buildings—The Harrison and Harrison West—offer the highest quality of care in a home-like setting. Our caring staff, available 24 hours a day, and professional wellness team help ensure optimal wellbeing for your loved one.
Featuring 193 large, bright, private rooms with private bathrooms, we ensure care needs are administered with dignity. Equipped with geothermal heat and air conditioning, the Harrison and Harrison West buildings are modern, state-of the-art facilities. The neighbourhood-style model features warm, tasteful finishes and furniture.
You can feel secure in the knowledge that your loved one is receiving the best possible care and is part of a community of residents supporting each other and supported by staff.
CARF Canada Accredited
ELIM’s Full Care underwent Accreditation through CARF Canada (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and received the maximum, three-year term in 2022. Accreditation is a form of measurement that government bodies and funders such as Fraser Health accept as validation of excellence. CARF evaluates and reviews all areas of ELIM’s Full Care business and care practices. Receiving the full, three-year accreditation term affirms that ELIM provides the highest quality care and service to the older adults we serve.

Hair Salon
Conveniently located onsite and reserved for Full Care residents, our Hair Salon is staffed by caring professionals who are familiar with the hair care needs of older adults.
Allied Health Professionals
Your loved one’s wellness is paramount. In addition to ELIM’s team of care professionals, we work alongside other health and wellness providers so your loved one can access the care they need—from foot care, physiotherapy, dental hygiene, massage therapy, and more.

Private Pay Units

Fraser Health Funded Units
The majority of our Full Care units are publicly funded by the Fraser Health Authority (FHA). To determine eligibility for, and access to, subsidized Long-term Care at Elim Village Fleetwood, contact FHA at 604.953.4965. (FHA License #BHAN-7J2P6W)
